The original version of my research proposal, titled ‘HOW TO APPLY DATA ANALYTICS TO THE HUMAN RELATIONS MANAGEMENT PRACTICES IN AN ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT?’ exposed my motivation to explore the growing potential of big data analytics, to understand the impact of the digitalization era on the quality of human relationships and social paradigms, and the responsibility of the organizations as dominant actors of the system.
