The aim of this research is to study the organizational adoption of Virtual Assistants (VA), as a phenomenon which impacts Interpersonal Relationships (IR) at the workplace.
We argue that cognitive computing with Artificial Intelligence (AI) reinforces the Human/AI Machine Interaction (HMI), thanks to continuous innovations in task performance and human attribute functionalities.
The use the chatbot as a social agent redesigns collaborators’ needs for interactions, which reshapes the paradigms of relational dynamics.
